Toddler Yoga and Sensory
A fun & relaxed 5 week course which is held in small, friendly groups, suitable for 18 months to 4 years old. Toddlers are natural yogis, living in the moment and naturally flexible.
Our exciting toddler yoga adventure starts with action songs to warm up and empowering mantras. Each class is based around a children’s book, which incorporates yoga poses and sensory props into the story. We also practise lots of different breathing techniques to help encourage relaxation.
The class also includes a different sensory themed adventure each week, including parachutes, bubbles, twinkly lights, dress up props (for some lovely photo opportunities), creative play, music, instruments, sounds & textures to explore.
Classes are designed to encourage mindfulness and introduce yoga in a positive child led way. There are many benefits for you & your toddler which are listed below…
